IC Information
∃ Character Name: Nena Trinity
∃ Canon: Gundam 00
∃ Character Age: 22
∃ Timeline: Post-death
∃ Background: Gundam 00 and Nena
∃ Personality:
Nena and her two older brothers were never supposed to be a part of normal society. They were created solely for combat and raised as such. While her oldest brother probably knew a few more of the finer details of the 'grand plan' meant for them, Nena herself was extremely sheltered. She was taught all the necessary skills, such as piloting, and the bare minimum of the world and how one should behave in what most would consider a socially appropriate manner. She was also told that she and her brothers were meant to use their skills and weapons to bring world peace through superior fire-power. Makes perfect sense when that's all you've been told all your life.
Otherwise? She spent her time enjoying herself with her brothers, who doted on her and spoilt her rotten. The result was a carefree, confident, friendly, outgoing teenage girl with a sadistic streak, a thirst for violence, and the expectation that she would get what she wanted, when she wanted, and that throwing a fit or being vicious to get her way was perfectly acceptable.
Unfortunately for Team Trinity, their existence was only ever meant to be short-lived. Once they had done enough damage to draw the worlds attention upon them, they were disposed of. You can imagine it hit Nena hard when the only people she loved were murdered right in front of her eyes. Thanks to a stroke of luck, Nena escaped and was overlooked.
Despite growing up so spoilt and reliant on her brothers, she proved to be surprisingly practical with a killer survival instinct. Instead of flying into a rage to get revenge for her brothers, she swallowed her pride, turned away when the opportunity arose, and saved it for another day. She found somewhere safe to stay and, more importantly, survive, even if it meant serving someone else.
Since then, Nena's had to grow up a bit. She's more mature, independent, and more than a little bitter. Even if very deep at heart she's still the same girl. Before, she supported Celestial Being's lofty goals to the best of her understanding. Now? All she cares about is herself, and revenge.
Her biggest change is probably that, quite impressively, she's developed a brain-to-mouth filter over the years. Whereas before she'd voice her every problem and with the expectation that someone else fix it. This doesn't work anymore. And anyway, it would hardly do to tell your mistress just how much you've come to despise her over the years, would it? Wouldn't want her to get suspicious, after all.
Old habits die hard, however. She might have grown up a bit, but she's still probably the most self-centred person you'll meet in your life with an ego bigger than she is, and she'll still gleefully blow things to pieces and slaughter people for a good laugh. Regardless of any setbacks and blows she's had, she remains extremely confident, self-assured, and utterly amoral. And, of course, determined enough to work for whatever she wants.
∃ Items:
∃ Powers: Quantum Brain Waves, which basically means she's a technopath. She's already great with computers and hacking etc, which is only amplified by her abilities. Minor, but her body's also better adapted than humans for living in harsh conditions, aka space.
∃ Communication Stone Preference: Garnet.
Samples
∃ First Person Sample:
Hey! [red-haired young woman waves two fingers at what she's pretty sure is a screen. she's always been quick.] Anyone have -- ooh, a sledgehammer? Some kind of explosives... maybe a really strong gun? See I want this -- [she points to her purple haro tied down on the floor] thing dead. Deader than dead, I want it in itty bitty pieces. [giggles. and giggles some more. and again for good measure.]
Come on, help a girl out~ [followed by quite the suggestive wink]
∃ Third Person Sample:
Oh, now that was way too easy. All systems down, and her mistress was trapped like a rat in that battered old wreckage. Nena hummed a cheerful little tune as she adjusted the settings for the Drei one last time. You could call it a lullaby. She could remember, years before, every night when she went to sleep with her brothers she'd like to sing these little songs to herself. They never told her to be quiet, of course.
She could still picture their faces. Every last little detail. She didn't normally spend so much time reminiscing these days, but this was special. One step closer to getting back at the world. Once Wang was dead, it was only a matter of time till she got to rip the throat out of first Innovator she got her hands on. Then the next, and the next, and the next. Wouldn't that be fun?
Oh, she could hear them speaking now.
"Then prepare the small shuttle." Was that panic in her voice?
"Impossible! None of the ships systems are responding."
It was just too much; a few childish giggles escaped from her mouth. About time the bitch got what was coming to her.
